Say something, we actually read it

We want to fix it. To help us do that fast, include the following:

• What browser you were using (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.)
• What you pasted into the tool (URL, DOI, or ISBN)
• What the citation came out as
• What you expected it to say instead

Screenshots are welcome but not required.

If a citation came out formatted wrong or missing a field, tell us:

• The DOI, ISBN, or URL you used
• Which citation style you selected
• What was wrong with the output
• What the correct format should be (with a source if you have one)

We take citation accuracy seriously and fix confirmed errors quickly.

We read all of these. We do not promise timelines. But if enough people ask for something, we build it.

Most useful feature requests include a real use case, not just a feature name.
