Refunds, cancellations and the trial
Short version: if PRO did not work for you, ask within 14 days of a payment and you get all of it back.

The 14 day refund
Any PRO payment can be refunded in full within 14 days of the date it was charged. That covers the $4.99 trial, a monthly payment of $9.99 and the $59 Founder Lifetime seat. You do not have to give a reason, though we are always glad to hear what went wrong.
A refund ends PRO on that purchase. Refunding a monthly payment or a trial also stops the subscription, so nothing else is charged. Refunding a Founder Lifetime seat returns the seat to the pool.
How to ask for a refund
Email [email protected] from the address you paid with, or reply to your Paddle receipt. You can also request it yourself from the Paddle link in your receipt. Refunds go back to the card or PayPal account you paid with. Paddle usually processes them within a few days; your bank may take up to 10 business days to show it.
The 3 day trial
The trial costs $4.99 and gives full PRO for 3 days. If you do nothing, it continues as PRO Monthly at $9.99 a month. Cancel before the 3 days end and you will not be charged the $9.99. You keep PRO until the trial ends either way. One trial per person.
Cancelling a subscription
Cancel any time from your account, under Plan and billing. It takes one click, with no form to fill in and no call to make. You keep PRO until the end of the period you already paid for, and nothing renews after that. Cancelling on its own does not refund the current period; ask within 14 days if you want that money back too.
Tax
Paddle adds sales tax or VAT on top of the price where your country requires it, and refunds include that tax.
